Terms and Conditions for Multiair Fitting Tool Rental

1. Rental Duration:

   • The maximum rental period for the Multiair Fitting Tool, also known as the spring compressor tool for the multi electro-hydraulic valve control, is 20 working days.

2. Refund Policy:

   • A refund of £150 (inclusive of VAT) will be issued if the tool is returned within 10 working days from the date of delivery.
   • If the tool is returned after 10 working days but within the maximum rental period (20 working days), a refund of £75 (inclusive of VAT) will be issued.

3. Return Shipping:

   • The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
   • Buyers must request a returns label from us to ensure a swift and secure return process.

4. Late Returns:

   • Tools returned beyond the 20 working day rental period will not be eligible for a refund.
   • Late returns may incur additional charges, and the customer will be notified of any such charges.

5. International Rentals:

   • Our rental service is available within the UK and Europe.
   • For other countries worldwide, please contact us via email for more information on availability and shipping options.

6. Tool Condition:

   • Any excessive wear may result in a deduction from the refund or additional charges.

7. Liability:

   • The renter assumes full responsibility for the proper and safe use of the tool.
   • Jordan Automotive LTD TA TMC Motorsport is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of the tool.

8. Reservation:

   • Tool reservations are subject to availability.

9. Security Deposit:

   • By purchasing on this listing, this is your security deposit which required for tool rental; however, the customer is financially responsible for any damages or loss during this rental period.
