🧭 How to Return
Step 1: Submit your return request via the Returns Hub.
Step 2: Once approved, fill in the Returns Form and include it inside your package.
Step 3: Drop the parcel at a Collect+ location (UK only) or use your own courier.

ℹ️ Important: RMA approval & packaging requirements (click to expand)
- RMA approval is required before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Pack safely: include all accessories, brackets, gaskets, and original packaging. Damage in transit due to insufficient packing may reduce or void the refund.
- Proof of posting & tracking are recommended. Keep your receipt until we confirm completion.
🕒 Return Period & Eligibility
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
🚫 Non-returnable items:
- Special order or built-to-order items

If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, email info@tmcmotorsport.com with photos/video of the box, labels and product within 48 hours of delivery so we can open a carrier claim. Claims made later may be declined by the carrier.
💰 Refunds, Fees & Conditions
✅ Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
🔁 Partial refunds may apply for:
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned after 30 days
- Missing parts (due to our error)
⚠️ Unwanted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
🧠 Tuning Box & Powerpedal returns incur a £30 + VAT fee if supplied correctly.
🚚 Refused/Uncollected deliveries (click to expand)
If a parcel is refused, uncollected, or returned due to incorrect address, we will deduct the original shipping and any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier from the refund.
💳 Refund method & currency (click to expand)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times and any currency/exchange fees are outside our control.

🚚 Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping is customer’s responsibility
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund (if applicable)
- No extra fees for returns (besides those noted above)
📦 UK Customers:
- A Collect+ label will be provided
- Packages up to 10kg (60x50x50 cm) = £6.60 incl. VAT, deducted from your refund
- Larger items: please arrange your own courier
📦 High-value returns:
Use tracked shipping or insurance for items worth over £75.
TMC Motorsport cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
📦 PO Boxes & address accuracy (click to expand)
Carriers typically cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a full street address and ensure details are correct before shipping.

Used items are clearly marked on our site and are non-returnable, unless they significantly differ from their described condition.
