Found it cheaper elsewhere? We’ll do our best to match it — or beat it!
We always aim to offer the best value, but occasionally, a product may be listed cheaper on a UK competitor's site.
🧾 How It Works
To request a price match, email us at info@tmcmotorsport.com with:
✅ Product URL from the competitor's website
✅ Competitor’s part number, price, and full product description
If eligible, we’ll match the price — or offer an even better deal!
Already purchased the item from us within the last 7 days? No problem — we can offer you the difference as a store credit voucher.
🌍 Important Notes
- All prices on our store are in GBP (Great British Pounds)
- If you're outside the UK, your payment method will automatically convert the currency
- We only match prices from UK-based suppliers (online stores)
⚖️ Price Match Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse a price match request in the following cases:
❌ The competitor’s item is not identical (must be the same brand & model)
❌ The competitor is out of stock
❌ Total cost (incl. shipping, taxes, etc.) is higher than ours
❌ The item is used, refurbished, or a display model
❌ The item is priced in a currency other than GBP
❌ The competitor is offering a clearance or closeout deal
❌ The competitor's site does not appear in the top 10 search results
❌ The seller is not authorised or violates manufacturer pricing rules
📝 Qualified UK suppliers must be established businesses that regularly sell from a physical storefront or warehouse.
📧 How to Request a Price Match
Please email us with the subject line: PRICE MATCH REQUEST
Include:
- Competitor name
- Part number & item description
- Direct URL to the product
- The competitor's price
- Any other relevant details
If approved, we’ll send confirmation and instructions on how to place your order at the adjusted price.
If we cannot match it, we’ll let you know by email.
⏱️ Response Time
We usually respond to all price match requests within 1–3 business days.
