🇬🇧 BREXIT UPDATE – Windsor Framework

📍 We are based in Northern Ireland. Under the Windsor Framework:

  • ✅ No new checks on goods between NI and ROI
  • ✅ NI remains in the EU’s single market for goods
  • ✅ Goods flow between NI, ROI, and the EU without customs checks or tariffs

💸 TAX & VAT

Why do you charge VAT?
VAT is required by law in the UK and EU. We collect it on products and shipping services.

Why are some prices shown without VAT?
We ship internationally. Customers outside the UK/EU don’t pay UK VAT, but may be subject to import taxes.

Can I buy VAT-free with a VAT number?

  • EU Customers: Yes, if a valid VAT number and matching delivery address are provided before purchase.
  • UK Customers: VAT must be paid, but can be reclaimed using the invoice provided.

How can I pay?
We accept:

We do not offer direct finance, but we accept:

Remote areas:
Some areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands) may incur extra charges — we’ll notify you if applicable.

Can I collect in-store?
Yes — please call ahead to confirm stock.


🛃 Customs & Duties

Will I have to pay customs charges?
If you're outside the UK/EU, import taxes may apply. Contact your local customs office for more info.

📦 Unpaid import duties may result in abandoned parcels — TMC Motorsport is not liable.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

How do I return an item?

  1. Request a return form at info@tmcmotorsport.com
  2. Send your item (in original packaging) to:

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

Tuning product returns:
Return within 30 days if unused and in original condition (include all packaging).

Special order items:
Non-returnable unless faulty.
