Returns & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if the item is not faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any consumable items, including fluids, fragrances,oils that have been opened cannot be returned.
*Special order items can also not be returned, you will be contacted if you have ordered a special order item and made aware of this.
The TMC Motorsport Autoflash Gearbox Tune is excluded from our returns policy as this is a bespoke/ single use/single vehicle product that connects to and is locked to the individual vehicles ECU and cannot be removed by the end user/customer.
Tuning Box & Powerpedal Products can be returned within 14 Days from the date of delivery. Please note if you want to return a correctly supplied Tuning Box or Powerpedal, a fee of £30 +VAT (VAT Applicable to UK & Europe) will be applied to your refund.
To complete your return, you must first email us to confirm your return. Once confirmed we will send you a return form which we require to be filled out and returned inside the package. PLEASE NOTE if this return form is not included with your return package, you will incur an additional charge of £20 +VAT. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the MANUFACTURER.
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
This is not guaranteed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days depedant on your bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, you should mail your product to: TMC Motorsport, Unit 8, 766 Upper Newtownards Road, BT16 1TQ, Northern Ireland, UK.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you have recevied the correctly supplied product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not tracked.
