As part of our latest website improvements, we’ve updated how product prices are displayed.
One Clear Price, No Confusion
Previously, our website displayed two prices for each product: one excluding VAT and another including VAT.
While this was intended to help customers shopping from different countries, we recognise that displaying two prices could sometimes cause unnecessary confusion.
We’ve now simplified this.
Our website displays one clear product price, based on your selected country or region.
Pricing That Adapts to Your Location
As we supply customers throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide, different tax rules can apply depending on where you’re ordering from.
Our website now uses Shopify Markets to automatically adjust displayed pricing according to your selected country or region.
- UK customers: Product prices include applicable VAT.
- European customers: Prices reflect the applicable VAT treatment and our tax settings for your destination.
- International customers: Prices may be displayed without UK VAT where applicable, although local import taxes or duties may still apply.
The final amount payable to us is confirmed at checkout.
Why Have We Made This Change?
It’s simple. We want our customers to enjoy a clearer, more transparent and straightforward shopping experience.
By removing the separate VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive price displays, we’ve made it easier to browse products, compare prices and understand what you’re paying.
This is a change to how we display our prices, not a promotional offer or sale.
