DNA RACING INDUCTION KIT FOR ABARTH 500/595/695:
•The cold air feed is drawn in from the scuttle panel, this maximises the density charge of air entering the turbo intake. This means more oxigen and consequently more power. Furthermore, the positioning in this compartment protects the filter element from the dirt that is normally generated in low induction type and catches “ calm” fresh air that is not moving.
•The trumpet design will allow you to suck more air, in all direction, eliminating turbolences on the inlet part of the intake. This will create less pressure drop and will give you more power.
•The air box conical shape, compared to competitors cylindrical shape, will create a Venturi effect accelerating air speed and eliminating any form of wall turbolences.
•The use of an high performance filter manufactured by Pipercross is a warranty for the best performances in terms of power and filtration.
•The kit includes a pop off filter.

ABARTH 500/595/695 ITG INDUCTION KIT:
The ITG induction kit for the Fiat 500 Abarth completely replaces the OEM intake system. The ITG kit sources cool air from behind the scuttle panel, well away from any power robbing heat under the bonnet. Testing has shown gains of 16hp over the standard induction system on a re-mapped car. Aside from the increase in power, there are improvements' with throttle response and a pleasing, yet unobtrusive increase in intake noise.
ABARTH 500/595 RAMAIR INDUCTION KIT:
This kit allows for increased airflow and induction noise over the factory air intake equipment.
This kit also includes a filter to convert the factory air re-circulation system to a VTA (vent to atmosphere) setup providing a more audible “dump” noise upon releasing the throttle whilst also minimizing turbulence in the turbo inlet tract by eliminating the additional hose.
This kit mounts to standard factory air box mounting points.

Powergate 3 is the ideal tool to reprogram ECU of Cars, Motorbikes, Trucks and Tractors. Reading and Writing have never been so fast: you can now upload at any time one of the engine mapping chosen among the multiple saved inside the tool along with the original file. Powergate 3 allows the user to read out original maps from the car and send them to us via email.
We can then send you back by email a TMC custom modified map (included in the price) or up to 4 further TMC custom modified maps (prices on request) for economy, racing etc at additional cost. You will then use the Powergate 3 to load the maps back into the ECU of your car. This device will work with all EURO 5 Abarth 500/595/695 models also including the USA Abarth. Please note the tuned map included is for basic stage 1 tunes. If a custom tune is required for big turbo conversions, de catting or special requests like exhaust pops and bangs or launch control an additional £150 +VAT must be paid.
